Nothing in Your Life Is Outside the Work
There is no particular kind of problem you need to bring to this work.
You do not have to arrive with a spiritual question.
Or a crisis.
Or something that looks important enough.
Life is already providing the material.
A relationship that hurts.
A conflict you cannot seem to resolve.
A fear that keeps returning.
A decision you cannot make.
Something you have lost.
Something you deeply want.
A recurring pattern.
A success you do not know how to receive.
A question about who you are.
Or simply a feeling that something in the way you are living no longer feels true.
Any of it can become part of the inquiry.
Because the issue itself is not what determines the work.
What matters is how we are willing to meet it.
Are we willing to look?
Are we willing to question what we think we know?
Are we willing to notice what stands between us and clear seeing?
Are we willing to take responsibility for our own experience—not as blame, but as an opening into freedom?
That is the spirit of Courageous Forgiveness.
The circumstances may be different.
The stories may be different.
The forms may change completely.
But the invitation remains the same:
Can I become willing to see this differently?
